World Information: Here is an overview.
Personal History: *Post submission add for clarification: Miqo'te naming conventions, namely what 'tia' and 'nunh' mean culturally.
K'zeka was born in the Farreach area of Abalathia's Spine north of Coerthas and Dravania, to K'tchofo Zihl and K'rohz Tia. His birth was a bit unusual in that he was fathered not by one of the K tribe males but rather a wandering tia, one D'rohz, who had formed a friendship and then partnership with K'zeka's mother while visiting the area. Zeka and Rohz were allowed to join the tribe under the agreement that Rohz not father any more children per cultural rules of the 'tia' role, a compromise that he accepted.
A few years later, K'rohz eventually took over the position of the tribe's nunh--the male allowed to breed--and had several more children with K'tchofo, three daughters and another son in the years that followed that. K'zeka grew up as a big brother to not only his biological siblings but to several other children he unofficially adopted as younger siblings. He picked up archery during this time and also discovered an affinity for storytelling, helped by an older woman coming back home to visit and bringing with her books about and tales of Eorzea.
At 16, K'zeka left home. While he wasn't unprepared--he had a map, food, and a bow--he wasn't entirely sure where he was going aside from 'south'. He left on good terms, choosing to go out and see the world for himself rather than being banished from the tribe and promising to visit when he could, or at the very least write a lot of letters. After weeks of traveling, he happened upon a docked ship and snuck aboard it, figuring that it had to return to some port or another. This one was a pirate ship destined to return to the city of Limsa Lominsa, but K'zeka never quite got there by boat, as he was discovered and hauled off on the western side of the island of Vylbrand in Aleport, close but still miles away from the city-state. There, he was detained briefly before released after no one was able to prove he was any sort of at-large criminal.
When he did eventually make it to Limsa, he was once again unsure of what he was supposed to do. He had nowhere to stay and no gil to his name, but he wasn't exactly the unluckiest person in the world, nor the laziest, and managed to talk his way into a courier job. After months of this and gradually befriending a particular stall operator--a farmer--Zeka was invited to work on a farm on the opposite side of the island, in a farming community called Red Rooster Stead.
It's also during this time that K'zeka joins the Rogue's guild, after his curiosity finally gets the better of him as to what the Dutiful Sisters of the Edelweiss actually do behind closed doors. (It's vigilante crime fighting, he discovers)
General ARR summary
After years of living in La Noscea, K'zeka's saved up enough money to travel to Gridania, where he hoped to join the famed Archery Guild located there. While there, he also visits the carpentry and leatherworking guilds and learns some of their crafts and helps the botanists' guild. There aren't as many of his people in the area, but there's a Miqo'te girl in his guild that he befriends...and an Elezen he marks as an enemy. As he hasn't met many Elezen yet, he doesn't trust many of them if they're anything like him. He attempts to befriend the Scions after joining them, but feels more like a hired mercenary than a member of the group.
General Heavensward summary
K'zeka's racial bias against Elezen doesn't get much better when he's forced to stay in a city where they're the primary race and he's sure he gets weird looks for being one of, if not the only one around with fuzzy ears and a tail. But there are dragons and despite living very close to said dragons' north, he'd never seen a dragon up close, and he goes on more than one mini-adventure to try to sneak up on a weaker dragon to try to quickly sketch it. During this time, he sends as many letters as he can to his family with the aforementioned sketches since he's as close as he's been to them so far in his adventuring.
While in Ishgard, K'zeka joins Stephanivian and his machinists on his downtime, learning how to use a gun and various machinery. While visiting La Noscea in order to find the teacher of the quasi-guild, he also picks up dancing, joining the troupe performing in Limsa Lominsa after watching one of their performances.

General Shadowbringers summary
Personality: If you were to distill K'zeka's personality down into one word, it would probably be 'curious'. Most of his childhood was spent in the same place, and because of that, his adulthood has been filled with traveling from place to place like he needs to personally catalogue the world. He enjoys meeting new people regardless of race--with some exceptions--and is willing to give most people the benefit of the doubt if they're not outright hostile. The same doesn't necessarily hold for new places, as he's hardly hesitant to march himself into dangerous-seeming territory--after all, he spent many years living near at least one semi-active volcano, so there's not a lot that can be scarier after that. He tends to let his actions speak for him much of the time, quietly observing many conversations that he's not required to participate in.
In addition to being curious and a bit reckless, he's the kind of guy who gets bored easily and needs to be doing something pretty much constantly. This is part of the reason he's picked up so many jobs--in addition to being able to, he tends to wander off when told to take a break and finds a new hobby to pursue. It helps that what he's picked up so far has been somewhat related; guns and bows and pairs of slicing weapons, and there's always room for improvement. He also enjoys helping people to occupy his time and sometimes even for the sake of helping people. He's no stranger to manual labor, being a gofer, doing chores no one else really feels like doing, and even offering whatever advice he can offer on anything.
Adding to this is a penchant for harmless mischief, primarily of the prank and joke variety. One of his favorite things to do is use his superhuman jumping ability to take shortcuts such as through windows and down stairs, sometimes landing in front of startled passerby. Even better was honing his ability to hide in the shadows and blend into a crowd well enough to sneak right up to someone and surprise them.
However, he prefers to be honest whenever possible. He's not about to tell everyone about every detail of a plan, but the way he sees it, there's more crises that can be avoided by telling at least a partial truth than ones that can be made worse by telling a lie that fails to hold up to scrutiny. Exceptions to this exist, such as not explaining certain things to children not old enough to understand them and bringing up political or familial details that are better left for later or never.
One trait that's a little more acquired than already present is K'zeka's protectiveness. As a big brother to his tribemates, he took it upon himself to keep eyes on the ones who couldn't fight for themselves or lend an ear if someone needed to vent or be target practice for a little sister who needed to practice sparring with something that wasn't made out of sticks and twine. He worries when he doesn't know the status or whereabouts of someone he considers a close friend or loved one and will insist on accompanying them anywhere they need to go. As of his current canonpoint, he's just lost too many people in ways he's sure he could have prevented.
Key themes: Loss, family, travel
Main Motivation: Making sure the people he knows and loves are (relatively) safe and happy.
Skills: K'zeka isn't the kind of person to just try one thing and stick with just it, so he's picked up a few Jobs throughout his travels out of curiosity or related skills. Those are Bard, Machinist, Dancer, and Ninja. Basically, combat-wise, he's most proficient with ranged weapons and dual blades and prefers to attack from the shadows or a distance rather than be within melee range. He's an accomplished carpenter and leatherworker as well, possessing enough skills in those areas to create and repair armor and weapons, and has dabbled a bit in clothcraft, botany, and goldsmithing.
As he's basically part cat, he has excellent hearing, eyesight, mobility, and the ability to sleep anywhere.
He's blessed with the Echo, given to him by the goddess Hydaelyn, which allows him to involuntarily witness random memories from someone's past. He has no control over this power, meaning he can't choose the memories or the person he gets them from, and it more often than not causes him immense migraine-esque pain that can knock him out for anywhere from several seconds to the better part of a day. However, it also grants him the ability to resist being influenced by the wills of gods and corruption by Light magic to an extent.
Item: A pair of daggers. If he can have his Ninja soulstone as well, that too. If not, just the daggers.
Sample: Mostly toplevels here.
Notes: Nah.
